ABOUT

Soul Expressions started many years ago but only now have I found a place for it in the outside world.

I have always been a creative soul. I have expressed my creativity in all aspects of my life such as baking, gardening, crafts and activities with my kids, writing, movement, painting. The list continues and all still are practiced in different capacities. Like everything, there is an eb and flow. I have recently found a true passion in painting, one I had long ago but lost along the way.

 

I love the Adventure of using different textures, objects, and paint. My journey seriously started a couple of years ago with watercolor. I found expression in that and have continued to evolve and change as more and more of my soul has revealed itself.

I am enjoying following my souls expression. In this process I am learning that it truly is about the journey, not the end result and understanding that the journey is circular and not linear. So moving forward may mean revisiting.
